Where we ship

Formulations ship across India from our Chirawa, Rajasthan dispensary. International patients receive sourcing guidance during consultation rather than direct shipping in Phase 1.

Timelines

Orders dispatch within 2 business days of confirmation. Metro deliveries typically arrive in 3–5 days; the wider country in 5–8. You receive tracking on WhatsApp at dispatch.

Packaging

Herbal preparations are sealed at the dispensary and packed to protect from moisture and heat. If a seal arrives broken, photograph it and contact us before opening further — we replace it.
